I recently flew an international flight with United Premium Plus, and overall, it was a good experience. The seat was comfortable, and the meals were decent for airline food. However, the in-flight Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and kept cutting out, which was frustrating since I paid for it. The check-in process at the airport was smooth though, and my checked baggage arrived without a hitch. I'd probably fly them again for the comfort, but hope they fix the Wi-Fi.
